Ok I just need to take a moment to thank one of my best friends



Ok I just need to take a moment to thank one of my best friends and my trainer for helping me get back on my feet. Most of you don't know, but I've had a foot injury and getting the courage to be on stage again has been tough. But this girl has me in the gym today working on feeling strong again and beautiful. You give me faith girl and I have to thank you for it @ktelge. People of Cambodia, if you are looking to get strong and feel powerfully good about yourself, consider calling Kaitlyn Telge. She's a huge part of the reason of why I can do what I do on stage (breathing, confidence, shaking my booty). Love and respect for the body only leads to love and respect of the world! Thank you Kaitlyn Telge you have changed my world!

Africans praise Xi Jinping ahead of his State visits to Zimbabwe, South Africa

Chinese President Xi Jinping is headed for State visits to Zimbabwe and South Africa, where he will also host the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) in Johannesburg.   The visits come as some prominent Africans spoke highly of Xi to the People’s Daily, calling him a gentle and sincere person who is enthusiastic and wise. Former Mozambique president Joaquim Alberto Chissano said Xi is a strong-willed person, and always respects others’ suggestions and keeps his promises.   In 2012, Chissano visited China for the 2nd China-Africa People’s Forum, and Xi, who was vice president at the time, spoke on promoting a new type of China-Africa strategic partnership at the forum's opening ceremony. Chissano said he believes Xi’s two visits to Africa in three years since he took office reflect the importance he places on China-Africa relations and developing cooperation with Africa.
